E-bike position tracking
With the SpeedBox Tracker, you always have an overview of the current position of your e-bike. Using the SpeedBox Tracker app, you can track every movement directly on your mobile device.
 
Safety lock
If the Tracker is locked in the mobile app, you will immediately receive a notification on your phone in case of unauthorized manipulation with the e-bike. The lock is activated 1 minute after it is turned on in the app to avoid false alarms caused by handling the e-bike shortly after the lock is activated.
 
Regular location data collection
In case of movement and good signal coverage (mobile data), the e-bike's position data is collected approximately every 3 seconds. The Tracker then sends it to the server every 30 seconds. The Tracker uses IoT networks covering Europe (currently excluding Poland).
 
Advanced power supply
The SpeedBox Tracker is powered by the e-bike's battery. Additionally, it has an integrated backup battery that ensures its functionality even when the e-bike is turned off. A low battery level is signaled by a notification on your mobile phone. If the Tracker is not in motion, it switches to sleep mode with minimal power consumption.
 
Transport mode
This mode is intended for transporting the e-bike. When transport mode is activated, the ride will not be recorded on the Tracker's route.
 
Daily status check
Every day, the Tracker sends information about its position and battery status to the server (when the necessary conditions are met).
 
Pricing and services
With the purchase of the SpeedBox Tracker, you get a subscription to services for a period of one year. This period starts with the first connection to the server. Before the end of the prepaid period, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to extend your subscription. The annual subscription costs 25 EUR, including VAT.
 
SpeedBox Tracker app is an application specially designed for SpeedBox Tracker, which uses Bluetooth technology to connect your e-bike to your mobile application. After downloading the application and connecting your mobile phone to your e-bike you will see current data, location of the e-bike, battery status, etc.
