RideFaster is a family-run UK business specialising in SpeedBox tuning kits for Bosch, Shimano, Yamaha and Giant e-bike systems.
Based in Poole, Dorset, we combine friendly, personal service with genuine hands-on bicycle and e-bike experience. We help customers throughout the UK choose the correct SpeedBox product and provide support with compatibility, installation and after-sales enquiries.
Our Story
RideFaster was established two years ago, growing naturally from our successful bicycle servicing and repair business, BicycleRepair2U.
We have operated Bicycle Repair 2U for six years, providing professional bicycle and e-bike servicing and repairs. Working directly with bikes has given us practical knowledge of different motor systems, displays and components, as well as the common issues riders experience.
As e-bikes became increasingly popular, we recognised the need for a specialist UK retailer that could supply genuine tuning products alongside knowledgeable and personal support. RideFaster was created to provide exactly that.
Practical SpeedBox Experience
Our understanding of SpeedBox products comes from real experience, not simply from reading product descriptions.
Through BicycleRepair2U, we have installed SpeedBox tuning kits and tested them on customers’ e-bikes. This hands-on experience helps us understand compatibility requirements, installation challenges and the differences between Bosch, Shimano, Yamaha and Giant systems.
Choosing the correct kit can be confusing, as compatibility may depend on the motor, display, software version and model year. We offer personal compatibility checks to help customers select the right product before ordering.
We also provide installation guidance. Customers who would prefer professional installation can contact RideFaster or Bicycle Repair 2U to discuss their bike and arrange the service in advance.
