SpeedBox 1.2 B.Tuning for Shimano with +E-Tube Port
The SpeedBox 1.2 B.Tuning is a Bluetooth-enabled tuning chip designed for e-bikes fitted with Shimano E8000, E7000, E6100 or E5000 motors.
It removes the standard 25 km/h assistance limit and connects your e-bike to the SpeedBox Connect mobile app, allowing you to control the tuning and view accurate riding data on your smartphone.
Which Version Do I Need?
This +E-Tube port version is intended for e-bikes that do not have a spare E-Tube connection available.
This is commonly required on bikes fitted with:
Shimano E5000 motors
A satellite system on/off switch
Shimano Di2 electronic gear shifting

Speed Display Information
The e-bike display shows accurate speed values up to approximately 23 km/h.
Above 23 km/h, accurate real-time speed and riding information is displayed through the SpeedBox Connect app rather than on the bike’s display.
Important Software Information
We do not recommend updating the e-bike’s Shimano software while the SpeedBox is installed.
Automatic updates should be disabled where possible, as future manufacturer software changes may affect compatibility or operation.
Important Legal Notice
Installing this product may cause your e-bike to no longer meet the legal definition of an electrically assisted pedal cycle.
